How do I return products?
How to return products with a return/refund request:

Please open a return/refund request and choose 'Return & Refund' solution and wait for seller confirmation.

Download and save the return label, then pack up the items and attach the label to the package.

Find nearby delivery points based on the courier service and choose one to deliver the package.

I am not satisfied with the result of my return/refund request.What can I do?
In case you are not satisfied with the outcome of your return/refund request, please follow the steps below:
1. Find the order you are not satisfied with the result of the request.
2. Click Appeal and specify why you are not satisfied with the result
After you submit your appeal, it may take up to 7 days before you get a result.
Please note that you can only appeal your case up to 7 days after receiving the results of your return/refund request. You can contact customer service team if you have any concerns.
The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
Please check the products clearly after receiving them.
1.If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can try to contact your seller to arrange a solution.
Please tap Contact Seller to send a message to the seller. We suggest providing a photo or video of the item that clearly shows the problems so that they can confirm the issue and offer you the best solution.
And, please check the messages between you and the seller on the page Message Center - Chats .
2.If that doesn't help, you can request a return/refund within the return/refund time window.
3.If the order has a free return service, you can return the goods within 90 days after placing the order, or 15 days or 7 days after receiving the order (depending on the origin of the goods). Click here to learn more about the free return service.
